Not sure what else to tell ya, Im not a fan of MSI myself and don't personally own that board thought about buying it at one time but I won't go there. Maybe contact MSI or hopefully someone with that board will come along and chime in. ?

For whattever reason, the RGB on my MSI x370 Gaming Pro Carbon does not work, I have tried mystic light 2.0, 3.0, MSI gaming app, instaling linux  and even reinstalling windows, but nothing works!

Some motherboards have options to turn RGB on and off in BIOS have you checked there?
