Best M-ATX budget case?

I have a optiplex 7010 and if i upgrade to ryzen zen 1-2 ill probably still be on on M-ATX platform, but i doubt i can easily make a sleeper out of this (maybe not true? but even if so its not practical, nothing great so far as air-flow or potential fan placement)

What are the nicest, high airflow M-ATX cases for cheap on the market right now?  If its stocked at MicroCenter then bonus points

ideally 40-50$ but if its close to that, if say NR400 quality etc makes more sense in the long run then im open to about that price too, just not looking for 80-85+ at this point

I was looking at and myself i think have mentioned it to others, price 

Overall its best i just know my options because likely ill try to buy whatever MicroCenter has in stock, as i doubt they can carry everything, but would rather not buy blindly
