Silverstone shows off the PS10 mid tower case: HAS A NORMAL LAYOUT

So this is the new case, it looks more like a gaming style case but is still pretty simple, i think the balance on this front panel at least is pretty good, what i dont like is how much they embossed the side panel, i would have preferred a window, however this is a silent case so i cant complain too much. Anyways it has 2 usb 3.0 ports using a 19 pin cable and your standard headphone, mic, power, reset. The feet at the bottem are rubber, would of liked them to be chromed like the R4.

Now you might see why silverstone embossed the jesus out of the side panel, that is becase of the foem, the foam is only on the embossed parts and this is great, i remember linus in the h440 video said that the foam took a lot of space. Not sure about the price but i dont think it will be too high as it looks like silverstone have cut corners in some places, like those cable managing holes have no rubber. So far i have seen a intake in the front but no exhaust, that is likely to change unless this is a very very cheap case(edit-there are two exhaust fans at the top of the case). then tooless design for 5.25 drives and your hdds( four 5.25-inch, and five 3.5-inch and mounts for 2.5inch if needed).

Max gpu length is 292mm and the max cpu cooler height is 169mm so you should be able to fit even a nh-d14 with a cm to spare.

And here is the slab of foam on it.

Overall this is pretty decent case, i give it 7.5/10, i see its goal but it seems like it lacking a few things and cable management is massive to builders right now so rubber is needed. My score might change when i find out the price.

This is a Silverstone case? Eek, lets hope that's a one time affair and that they will go back to their regular nice and clean design again. :(

a lot of silverstone cases are becoming a bit more aggressive in appearance, thinking about it i think aggressive may sell more then clean appearance so it seems logical.

silverstone cases normally look well shockingly normal, ive never understood why people like silverstone, i was very close to losing my shit in this thread and having a bitch fest about values and stuff but i actually managed to control myself.

Oh without a doubt they do, it's just not the part of Silverstone that I like. Ah well, as like as they don't discontinue the TJ-07 I'll be fine, and even then we will always have Lian Li.

They have some nice cases, like their HTPC ones. They fit right in with high end audio gear. Other than that, though. Meh.

Well it's quite simple really, Silverstones cases are all great platforms for mods due to the fact that they are ridiculously well built and very clean straight out of the box. I'm a person that's never liked the whole flashy gamer kinda deal, which is also why I'm such a huge fan of the TJ-07, it's simple and built from a single piece of extruded and bent aluminium.
