- Stimulate the hypothalamus to produce endorphins while doing boring stuff, such as work.
- Recreational drugs will be obsolete.

- Make all food taste whatever you like it to taste.
- Remove muscle pain while training (or whatever pain you have).

This is the future of medicine. The benefits outweigh the risks by far. Brain surgery is becoming less complicated/risky with time, education and technology.

I would not be the first guy tho....

Yeah while it could be useful to selectively not feel pain for very specific things, overall pain is an extremely important sense we have. Without it we would literally kill ourselves like all the time.
