Actually some of them do :)

https://www.ttstoreusa.com/product-category/replacement-parts/?product_count=48 (pathetic, but they're there)

Sadly NZXT is not one of these manufacturers though.

So.. in one of my builds I managed to lose the PCIe slot cover,

I already contacted NZXT and even tried the local store I bought the case from, they claim they don't have any spare parts to send or any idea where can I buy this specific part from.

I tried ebay or something and still didn't find anything.

Do you guys know where can I get this from?

Your best bet would just be to get a small piece of sheet metal and make it yourself. It's just a flat piece with slots in it and painted black.

If you don't need it to slide then just cut it to size, paint it, and then drill the two holes.

DIY is they only approach? I don't really have the tools needed for that that's my issue

Yeah no brand sells spare parts of a PC Case, you won't really find this stand alone part to purchase from any store or e-commerce seller, thereafter your only way is through a DYI method or live without it.
