Kinda... I got one of the new Rifts for Christmas from work and It was fun to play with and I liked watching movies on it but the games were a kinda meh and most of the free games were fairly similar.  The other issue I had with it is it took up quite a bit of space you almost need an entire room dedicated to playing also the more room you have the better the experience.  But if you buy it and try it for a few days and like it then keep it if no just return it.  There are plenty of free demos and software to try.

Quest is a VR console with a very limited set of curated games at the moment and oculus has said they are being very strict with the quality of games released for it.

I'm sure in a year or 2 there will be a decent library of polished games but right now their isn't a large selection.

It does have the benefit of being totally stand alone and wireless.

Rift S is probably the best bang for your buck PC wise, with easy setup like the WMR headsets. The extra cameras on the Rift S should compensate for the poor tracking around the head and behind the back that the Windows headsets are known for.

Unless you want a wireless PC experience, I'd avoid the Vive/Pro at this point.

Their build quality issues with sweat damage are well know and the pro is super overpriced for what it is.

Plus HTC customer support has been horrible since the Vive launched.

The Valve index would be a better bet when it goes on general sale this summer.

Same tracking solution as the Vive, better FOV, higher refresh rate, Same resolution as the Vive Pro, better controllers, but you do need to mount the lighthouses to the walls/poles/light stands so bringing it to another location is a lot more work then a Rift S setup.

If money isn't an issue, just buy whatever VR headset you wish. Just don't expect VR to wow you for more than a few months, if that. The more time you spend in VR, the more time you can feel sick or queasy. Mine has been in brand new condition and stored in its original box since early 2017. At the time, just about every VR game outside of the high dollar games had some sort of issue with it whether it was an experimental game that devs got tired of developing or games that you want to play in VR just don't work in VR. Imo, VR is nothing but a parlor trick. Games are completely overpriced due to devs obviously not getting much money from them.
