what GPU should i get my budget is 40$

Honestly I'd just save it up until you have at least $80-$100 minimum, not much to be had for $40 even if you go used.

Look at the used market, like ebay, you wont find really anything new worth any upgrade, even a GT 1030 is out of budget.

Maybe a used 750 or 750 ti but I am not familiar with used prices

if you save like $60 or $70 get a 750 ti.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

what games you trying to play? theres no point us recommending anything that wont cut it.

 

ie if you want CS:GO there are a few cheap cards... if you want apex then you'll need more $$$
