Artifact vs. Hearthstone

So, I've figured out what the big deal is about Artifact; it's Valve's first new game in YEARS, and it's an online multiplayer & deckbuilding CCG.  However, Hearthstone, Blizzard's card game, is also an online multiplayer & deckbuilding CCG.  What are the differences between the two?  I love Hearthstone...I'm just questioning if Artifact, with great new update that just came out a few days ago, is worth buying if I have Hearthstone.

MTGA tho...

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Considering they aren't only ones of that genre, what do you think the difference is? I know Blizzard sells on new cards and events plus all tying to their warcraft-universe. I've seen few other games in Steam queue that looked fairly similar. MTGA is quite different. But this is first time I've heard of Artifact so I too am curious on what Valve plans to sell it on.

 

On side note it seems as the giants are few on ideas about super-hit games. Everyone must have some fps, some moba, some battle arena, some zombie/survival and some ccg.
