Have you ever illegally downloaded or streamed Media e.g. watched a popular movie online for free

Do you honestly think people are going to answer this fair? Also it's kind of a tricky question if you are from the netherlands for example, because only untill recently the downloading of stuff wasn't illegal, only uploading was. I can imagine other countries having same kind of legal issues with questions like this.
Also this question I can't really answer:


Do you agree with strong Net Neutrality Laws

what is your defenition of "strong". Depending on this defenition my answer might change.
