I finally bought an SSD!!!

Brennan Price

Ok, so I am really happy because I have just bought my very first SSD. I have always been put off by it, mainly because I have always thought of it as a long and arduous task of reinstalling windows too. However, I have found a cool program called EaseUS Tudo backup free. It allows you to clone your HDD and then use it etc... So, I have just bought it and I am going to use it in my main PC so I can speed up the boot time and so on and so forth which you know all of this anyway. Either way, I just ordered a 60GB one because I don't need a huge SSD as all my other media is stored on other HDD's so I have it all planned out.

Basically, I just wanted to share my happiness since I have been wanting to buy and SSD for such a log time. What purchases have you made that you have felt really proud about recently???

SSD was probably the last purchase for my computer as well.

I think I more or less just bought it so that I could turn my computer off more often.

Nothing special, I just bought it since I remembered I had put some money into my card today however it is pretty good for the price. If you look in the description then it has pretty good read and write speeds.

Yeah, I try to turn my PC off as often as I can because I feel a need to love the planet too

IMO 120 is very small. And if you ever want to put programs on it you are going to be cutting it close.

I run a 120 GB drive myself coupled with a larger storage HDD. Windows alone takes approximately 10-15 GB.

I strongly recommend the 250 GB drive.
