Looks great for use either outside, or in rooms where there's wall space to project, but it isn't practical to have a permanent projector setup.  My biggest query at this point is how well it performs in terms of brightness, and what sort of ambient light levels you need to make the most of it

I'd love to do some unique projection mappings but I don't have the cash to buy a real projector unfortunately.

Been interested in a short throw projector for a while, very handy when there's not much space to work with. Also really keen for a miniature version if one eventually gets made by some company.

greatest dicision of my life to replace my TV with a projector- living in the city im limited by the acheivable screen size due to limited size of the rooms. A short throw would be epic! No more shadows and HUGE screens!

great! i can see so many uses for this. it's small enough to move it around. would be great to use in the bedroom to project a move onto the ceiling, take it to my parents to show photo's, use it for parties,...

too bad it's expensive.

Lovely SFF Projector that would be perfect for parties and games/movie nights and and being able to pretty much plug and play with it and carry it to places easily.

This projector would be great for gaming.  I could see hanging out with my family and projecting it outside the house at night.

I don't know if it's just the camera , But the projected colors don't look that good.

This thing would be great. For back yard movies/gaming... Good on you LG for innovating! Seen that LG washer commercial with the house of cards which is sick! Man I am getting old lol

The PF1000U Projector seems like an amazing way for people to play in split-screen or in games like super smash bros with everyone clearly able to see the entire screen in a space restricted enviroment.
