Update on the "Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?" I had. Watched 8 episodes in the evening, and the rest in the morning. I knew that I had watched a couple of episodes of it before, but I had forgotten that I actually finished it back then. Overall a very mediocre show.

Bunch of fan-service and what I would call a loose plot. Not really something that I'd recommend, unless the person just wanted to watch something mindless.

The final ending villain I found underwhelming and was begging for sequel as usual.

I found the whole show pretty underwhelming. It doesn't know what it wants to be, really. It's like an MMO with levels, skills, and abilities. But no one really knows how the system works, you've got to level up by doing something 'grand', so to speak. And there is perma-death in it as well.

Backstory of it all is also non-existent. The main character has parents, but the only thing you really know about them is that the father was a pervert. Wat.

People only watch shows like that for the cute girls anyway. As long as there is a bland self-insert character the girls fall for, it's all good. Danmachi in particular was only noteworthy because of Chestia's boob-strap.

I like the idea of an MMORPG-like anime. Going to check out Log Horizon now to see how that is. Probably going to take me around a week, depending if I want to properly marathon it or not. Going to go for at least 10 episodes a day.

Prepare yourself for the disappointment that is Log Horizon season 2.

Much of .hack and Log Horizon season one are the only MMO-type anime that I can really recommend.

When I'm in the mood for it, sure. But if we're being honest, the hack franchise is pretty mediocre overall. It's just not as terrible as other MMO anime, especially for people who aren't entirely new to anime.

Sigh... getting so sick of the error 522s, double posts, tagging errors, notification fails, quoting bs and other various connection issues. This is getting old. Never had this problem before their update but now its like nonstop. Its like playing guess who every fucking hour where somethings not going to work. Ltt your shit is broken and if you dont fix it, people will go to a place that doesnt have this shit.

On that note i wonder how many people they lost already. Ive noticed a drop in activity in this thread has dropped a decent amount.

I wanted to move to jayz forum but that turned out to be a joke of a place because it was not moderated for shit and jay himself never even went to it. Spam would stay up for days so i just gave up on it.

I'll say this as someone who lurks in the forums pretty much all day. I may not post but i'm here almost guaranteed and some of the other lurkers bash, vitalius, valdy, avericious, fred every now and then and a few others, there are a ton of problems with this site. Way more than there should be for something that went through a beta test. I've been relatively quiet about the problems because change isn't necessarily a bad thing, but half assed change is a bit different.

Agreed it's hard to believe that they had a beta test forum up and it is still full of problems. It's like they didn't even test it.

Overlord? I don't know if you guys think it's bad or good but personally I found it pretty enjoyable. They don't really tell much of backstory or explain how the system works either but otherwise I think it was pretty nice to see some kind of anti-hero (well not really antihero.. but you get the point not like those kind of heroes in SAO and Log Horizon)

Log Horizon 1st season yay, 2nd nay^_^ I don't know I was wondering if I was just weird but I just couldn't continue it. It felt boring I guess?

PS: I can only give vague ideas of anime because my brain long term memory is so baaaad:D

(Honestly can't really remember much of Log Horizon, Overlord and Is it wrong to try to pick up girls in dungeon)

Why main protagonists are like this in MMO styled games: Option 1. UBER OP who kickes everyones as*.  Option 2. Weeaaaak~ BUT ACTUALLY HIDDEN SUPER POWERS^_^. Well then again that's just my opinion and getting experience slowly by time would probably bore people to death?

But she doesn't wear a bra, so where else would she get support from?

Besides, it's given us all this wonderful fanart.

You know what's easier than buying and building a brand new PC? Petty larceny!
If you're worried about getting caught, here's a trick: Only steal one part at a time. Plenty of people will call the cops because somebody stole their computer -- nobody calls the cops because they're "pretty sure the dirty-bathrobe guy from next door jacked my heat sink."

After I read .hack  manga and watched anime I felt that manga was much better. (don't remember what .hack)

The same thing happened with Chrno Crusade and Jing: King of Bandits. I rarely read manga so maybe I found most of them interesting... ( I read what I can read

Library in this "bigger" (very small) "city" has like only Conan, Naruto ofc and manga like these. ( Conan manga maybe max 20 and that's like the biggest collection of certain manga book)

Tried to find a proper picture to describe the size of bookshelf. (Right one and like full of books ->)

so someone just came to my door and the first thing they said was "I'm christian" to which I responded with "okay" they then started to say "do you believe in Jesus Christ?" I responded by saying good bye and closed the door while I hear them yell "You have to believe in Christ to get into to heaven!"... Maybe its just me but assuming someone doesn't believe in Christ would probably mean they don't believe in heaven and therefor that statement means nothing to them and is in no way persuasive.

Wow... just, wow.... how are you able to watch that show lol. its basically unfulfilling porn lol. Im not watching freezing or its sequel. fan service, ecchi, harem, slice of life shows are not for me at all.

My 770 has returned. Only took a month for them to get it. Stick it on a test bed. Tell me the vram is bad and send it back.

I guess now I just toss it in my case as a folding card and research vram replacement.
