Windows bug - from wallpaper to black wallpaper and over and over.

This super annoying bug in windows makes my wallpaper be blank and then back to my original wallpaper.

Maybe someone have access to your computer. Usually blank wallpaper means someone connects to your pc and without wallpaper sending important screen informations is faster. Like TeamViewer.

Check if you have any unwanted programs.

I fixed it, I changed my wallpaper and it tunes out that windows was changing the background to solid black colour.

It's not a big in Windows. Windows 10 support rotating wallpapers. That is, you can have it change wallpapers every now and then automatically. If a wallpaper was deleted or moved, it won't load it shows the last background color selected (black)
