Hey there. I'm assuming you're referring to the Drop CTRL Mechanical Keyboard for the keycaps? I couldn't find the exact PBT keycaps, but there were other PBT keycaps that were somewhat similar.

Switches:

  • Cherry MX Blue RGB Switch (Plate Mount) available for $10.00 (10 pack) at MechanicalKeyboards.
  • Cherry MX Blue RGB Switch (PCB Mount) available for $10.00 (10 pack) at MechanicalKeyboards.
  • Cherry MX Brown RGB Switch (Plate Mount) available for $10.00 (10 pack) at MechanicalKeyboards.

Keycaps:

Go through the official list of resellers in your region. If you can't get them just swap the stemp.

What? You can get these switches from many websites, they aren't rare, no need to go through any lists of official resellers, no idea what you even mean by that.

@DefaultSlayer207

I would buy them from here though : https://kbdfans.com/collections/switches/products/cherry-rgb-switches-black-red-blue-brown-sliver-10pcs?variant=3522369912845

Cheaper than those that @Eschew linked.

As for keycaps these might be the best option : https://shop.tai-hao.com/products/-pbt-104-c02gy202

tai-hao made the ctrl caps, but these are not suitable for lighting iirc, those that are suitable are not the right shade sadly.

As far as I know they are not sold separately.  Your could check r/mechmarket to see if anyone want's to sell you the one's that came with theirs.

Found some retailers (is that the right term?), but they all seem to be out of stock at the moment. Eh... You might need to play the waiting game?

  • NovelKeys x Kailh BOX Thick Clicks available for $3.40 (10 pack) at NovelKeys.
  • Kailh Box Thick Click Switches available for $0.34 (per switch) at 1upkeyboards.
  • NOVELKEYS X KAILH BOX THICK CLICKS available for $4.20 (10 pack) at KBDfans.

I sort of need it right now because me current keyboard broke so are there any switches that are similar enough?

Try the Kailh Box Navy? I hear they're similar to the Kailh Box Jades, but have heavier actuation.

  • NOVELKEYS X KAILH BOX THICK CLICKS available for $4.20 (10 pack) at KBDfans.
  • Novelkey Kailh Box Switch Navy Switches available for $5.70 (10 pack) at KPrepublic.

Curious question, because I'm very confused and I hate being led down a rabbit hole-like run -- what switches are you currently using? Also, your original post asked for Cherry MX Blue/Brown RBGs, then you asked for Kailh Box Jades, and now you're asking for alternatives. Are you just looking for clicky switches in general?
