So title basically

 

I want to put windows 10 on it, and I want to keep the same motherboard if possible.

Pentium D? I dont think you can even sell that as an office pc. Though im not sure about the market in your area. Even an upgrade to the core 2 cpu. those can be get for like $2-$3 in my area. Unless you change the cpu and mother board, you can sell that system for less than $50. Though im seaking about the local market in my area.

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

you maybe able to get a core 2 duo or core 2 quad working in it but even then it won't sell for much
