Scam mail from "Linus Tech Tips"

Hello! Recently I discovered a mail for "Linus Tech Tips" with a message: "Hi Sa1tama, Emmi558 has sent you a message! Hey honey!) Open this!" 

First of all, I am wondering how does this 'Emmi558' has my E-mail address and second, can I report this user on this forum?

Email is legit, DM was a spam that moderation dealt with. You just have DM email notifications on.

The message was sent as a PM to a large number of people, and you received an email because you have email notifications turned on for PMs. The member has been banned, all of thir PMs have been deleted, and we have put in place some additional safeguards to prevent that from happening in future.
