Are there any videos at 4k and high bitrate to be used for decoration mode on a big tv like the fireplace at netflix?

That's not high bitrate.... You could maybe call it that if it's 8K YouTube, but 4K YouTube, nah.

These are the Demos the companies use to show off their 4K TV's and monitors. Keep in mind that for the HDR content to look correct you need a HDR monitor/TV.

 

I looked at the bitrate for the few that i have downloaded and it seems to be between 70-100mbit, so not quite very high, but certainly better than youtube.

Yeah youtube is not what im looking for, but its a good idea. I will wait for other answers.. It doesnt seem to be popular as an idea, but i think it is really cool, even the low bitrate fireplace from netflix changes the whole living room.

Vimeo uses H.265 and supports much higher bit rates than youtube. Try that

It's super easy and free though, and for decoration i'd imagine that you really don't need anything higher bit-rate than youtube 4k

But if OP needs more than that something else is most likely be better
