How in the god damn does the snipping tool break win10?

How does the flagship OS for a fucking 750 billion dollar+ market value company get fucking weak in the knees and fucking take it down the throat to a fucking snip tool? how does this shit override literally everything else on the OS and freeze your shit lest you activate task manager or shut down the pc?

It's not possible to make something foolproof.

You probably did something on your computer that caused it.

Some clone/migration, hardware change, upgrade without clean install, hard reset, etc...

Many things can screw up a sensitive piece of software like an OS.

Since you're the one having issues, not everyone else, then that means it's a problem on your end.

if it's the old snipping tool, it's flawless but doesn't play well with extreme resolutions or synergy. Neither crash it. Sounds like a deeper problem that just happens to affect the snipping tool. You could be right to blame MS, it's just you're probably targeting the symptom not the problem- it's probably something else wrong with your windows. 

If it's the new "snip and sketch tool" good luck lol it's a 10 app. They couldn't even get the calculator to be stable when 10 was new. I can confirm this new tool fucking blows user experience wise, but have yet to have it cause problems...not that I've used it a ton
