If it's a single monitor get the 144hz TN isn't bad compared to IPS unless you have the monitor at an angle

are you sure your are getting reasonable flow?
do you use a custom watercooling loop or AIO?

Um maybe having a graphics card might help.. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
 
Overclocking the CPU definitely helps in ARMA

That's still "the cloud", cloud computing is a concept that is much easier for none tech people to understand,
 
If I told my dad "some of the game is calculated in the cloud" he would be like "that's clever"

Yep that is a massive issue with the cloud concept (also my issue with consoles, no backwards compatibility and DRM both PC and Console)
