personally a big fan of the mh 751/752 for mixed usage while I love the previoously mention pc37x or the 38x for gaming the tuning for me Isnt great for music.tuned too gflat and tends to lack in dynamics because of it

I have both the Hyperx Cloud Alpha and the pc 37x. The Clouds sound much better for music. The pc 37x sounds much better for competitive gaming. Both don't require a dedicated amp.

If you have the option of the PC37X's, get those. They're probably one of the best headsets you can get aside from the MH751's

Cloud 2's are okay, but they're definitely lacking in areas - coming from a post cloud 2 user

There are a lot of benchmarks that are "simulated performance" on the internet, any channel that does not show the hardware physically on camera shouldn't be trusted.
If you were getting a good average FPS then there is no problem, especially if your monitor is a 144Hz or 165Hz monitor because that means your refresh rate is above the monitor.

prime95, max fan settings. enough that i could overclock higher. noctua was severly limiting me. I'm pushing the h100i to the max too. I need a better cooling solution. Point is that air cooling is fine if you're in the right climate and/or cpu below 150W but water-cooling is definitely better, even AIO.

This one is pretty good. GamersNexus had a review of the 240mm version afaik. You can look it up.

a case with proper intake would be best. since you already have fans you could use a low budget case like

1.3V is fine, nothing will kill your chip!  1.325V is the max I'd use though

do note that the voltage in CTR is VID, the actual voltage under heavy load is lower than that, even at high LLC. My voltage drops to 1.290-1.300v under load at 1.325 VID.
Look at core voltage (SVI2 TFN) readings for the actual voltage while under load.
There is a lot of discussion on what voltage is safe for Zen 2, but the method in the thread below looks the safest.

You should make sure your cpu is getting cool air. I don't understand how your 3700x is running that hot with that cooler. My 3800x hits ~82c under a prolonged load with a Noctua nh-c14s and a quiet fan profile.

Why? As said above. It's 100% normal.
My cpu idles at 55c. And as I said before. Idle temps don't matter. Load temps do. These. Are. Completely. Normal.

Imo it might be worth waiting a little while if that would mean that you could get a 3300X instead, unless you're in a hurry to build the PC.
Look for an SSD that doesn't use QLC NAND and isn't DRAMless. The Kingston A2000 and Silicon Power P34A80 are usually priced quite low compared to other competitors, but there's also the Crucial MX500 which is SATA but still a very solid drive.
If new cards are around the same price or cheaper then definitely they're the way to go. Between the 570 and 1650, the 570 will definitely be the better performer.

Get an SSD first of all instead of a mechanical hard drive, swap the 3100 for a 3300X, the memory for a 3600MHz CL17/18 kit and the PSU for a CX450 instead of the CV550, and you're golden.

It doesn't make sense to put USD if you're not using USD. Don't use it, it's just confusing for some people that will look at your post.
As for your parts list, I'd look to get a 3300x, save money on the RAM, get a used graphics card if possible, and try and get an SSD in there.

Bad cooler. AN esports duo 34 would perform better for less.

Overkill. A good 500/550w would be fine.

WHO not the H510? I have this case and I wouldn't recommend it, sure it looks good but airflow is extremely limited.

    Ah well i run a 3600 in a x470, 2060s and 550W PSU no problem, don't have an additional 4 pin either
Might want to have it if you switch to the 3900/3950x

If he got the nzxt case and aio it would only come to a little more than the air cooler and p400a, so if thats the aesthetics he likes, then go for it.

Its the cheapest decent x570 and it should have better future compatibility than b450. I wouldn't bother with an AIO at with this cpu as it doesnt run particularly hot, and air coolers are just as good whilst saving a buck.
    Hope this helps
