Hey guys I was just wondering if I should add more fans at the top (Not sure if its possible but there's a 40cm space above the cooler) 

Reason: With the side panel (Tempered glass) attached, my cpu temp goes around 69-73c (underclocked) and the ambient room temp is 25-29c (yup I know it's kinda hot here in the Philippines). 

Without the side panel, its around 59-65c only. Although after removing the side panel I can really feel the hot air coming out inside the pc. 

So to summarize it all:

WITH side panel: GPU - 55-61c , CPU 69-73c

WITHOUT side panel: GPU - 55 - 63c , CPU 59-65c.

fyi you front fans are doing nothing as they are blocked off by panel.

That means top rear is above the dark rock right?

a case with proper intake would be best. since you already have fans you could use a low budget case like
