Any open air design will usually perform similar to any other open air card with the same chip. Really warranty differences are the main thing to consider aside from price and ascetics. For example, ASUS is a lot more lenient about water cooling and mounting a water block on an ASUS card will usually not void your warranty ( as it would with cards from some other companies).

Yes, it's safer than writing down your passwords or trying to remember them yourself. It allows you to use unique, long, randomly generated passwords for every account without having to remember any of them. Doing that greatly improves your security and keeps hackers from getting into other accounts even if they do get access to one of your accounts. I personally use KeePass though.

Ive used KeePass for years and never once had a hacking issue.
That tied with safe web usage and haven't had an anti-virus in a good 6 years or so.

If you are goimg to put ssd's in dont worry about the space as ssd have no moving parts and are lightweight you van use double sided tape and stick it whereever you want, just make sure you can get the sata power and sata cables where you put the dawm things.

MasterLiquid Pro has a poor performance (AIO usually sucks), look for reviews.
850 Pro is just basically 850 Evo with 10 year warranty and slightly faster speed (SATA bottleneck)
RMx is overpriced, get EVGA G2/G3 instead

    Added 2TB storage
    Added 1440p 144Hz monitor

I don't think you understand....why are you suggesting PCs that are overkill and a waste of money? Seriously. Putting high end hardware is stupid. Ryzen 1600 or 1600x with a GTX 1070/1080 would be enough.

Is Ryzen available in Turkey? You could build 1600 or 1600x with a GTX 1070/1080.
