to yourself? maybe? personally I've been brute forcing and bottoming out keys since I learned to type, clicks or typing noises are cathartic for me to others? also maybe, it can be pretty damn annoying for some

Why don't laptops have reset buttons unlike desktops?

some laptops have certain keyboard combos that will force restart/reset, cannot speak for all of them though for example many Chromebooks have reload + power button acting as reset "button" -
you should provide a model number and ideally hardware ID or at least storage, RAM, and CPU specs if you want us to tell you if it's shit or better shit while you can may be able run Minecraft or other Linux/windows programs if you do some...rigging, if it is possible at all remains to be seen, not to mention the likely horrible performance (ChromeOS does have a thing to run Linux programs now, but it is in beta and may not work well, I have not tested it though) for example if it has an ARM or AMD CPU, firmware support for legacy BIOS or UEFI booting is either non-existent or not great. in addition, trying to run Windows or dual boot with low storage may be a huge pain in the ass here is a helpful resource for determining if the device firmware supports other OSes https://wiki.galliumos.org/Hardware_Compatibility (yes, I know this is for GalliumOS but it is fine for seeing firmware compatibility) some more random things you may want to look through: https://mrchromebox.tech/#faq - see rest of site, too https://chrx.org/ - nice for dual booting, I used it on my ChromeBox that has reached EoL in terms of ChromeOS support

i can speak mandarin chinese decently, i can't read or write it well though. the four (main) tones are fine for me, but i can definitely see how non natives might have trouble picking them up. seeing as how tone can change meaning so much (狗 - dog, 勾 - hook, both put in pinyin as gou but different tones), definitely a problem. and don't get me started on the other dialects...parents grew up in beijing, we speak what some might call "pekingese". very difficult for me to understand other dialects, even ones that may be considered mandarin. and written chinese is cursed to me, so many characters with so many strokes to memorise. was learning japanese at school (weird ass term schedule made it first half of year), i'm finding i like it more than chinese, i can get my point across with without understanding a ton of kanji. also, i think it also sounds nice in song. also not cursed grammar is nice for both! *mumbles about german and 6 different ways to say the* as for my least favourite, spoken vietnamese sounds very odd to me as well, and sometimes characters from vietnamese(and other languages) look odd in text due to lousy fonts or font support, but that's not vietnamese's fault

personally, i don't have any problem with going vegetarian itself, but the "veggie patty" type stuff near me is still mostly...like sawdust. vegan is another question, i like my ice cream and milk tea kek thanks. while there is the impossible burger and other similar things, they are usually about 2x the price of meat, and only at stores we don't go to often. in addition my family usually doesn't cook with ground beef much, its mostly whole pieces(if that makes sense), so we do not really have a use for the majority of the plant based meat that is available. as stated earlier, we don't go to the stores that carry plant based meat often, it is usually not worth it to make an additional trip for 1 item. as for the eating out part, asian restaurants usually don't have plant based alternatives, or are like the aforementioned sawdust variety. tl;dr - vegetarian - yes, vegan - no; good plant based price/availability; many sawdust like plant based things;
