I've been a fan since the NCIX days, not a massive fanboy fan or anything but one that would watch 90% of the main LTT videos as a tech/computer enthusiast just because they were fun to watch, and so I have seen the growth of LTT and what it has become now.

A lot of sh*t has gone down and while I did watch the video and read the statement re: Maddison I honestly don't care about them, what I do care about though is how everything gets handled. It's easy to say X, Y, and Z on the matter in a written post or fully shot video but their actions will define how they come out of this.

I hope LTT can truly learn from this and do better in the future, that they aren't just going "We'll do better" only to make the same mistakes again.
Also, I hope the Maddison situation can be handled in the best way possible for both parties since I only know what's been put out there, so not taking sides but if Maddison's stuff rings true then hopefully the result that comes out helps her move on and either way hopefully helps LTT employees in the future from ever experiencing this or any other issues of workloads...etc that are being talked about.

Since I bought mine used so I didn't even try to contact Scythe directly.
A quick search on Ebay shows that these kits are still available. Prices are around $10 but I don't know where you're from, so shipping could easily be another $10.

It definitely does exist.
Scythe SCAM4-1000A Mounting kit for AM4 Type A. The important part is the Type A. Type B is for a different set of coolers.
 
I looked a bit more into the cooler and it seems to be roughly on par with the NH-U12S, so definitely good enough for a 2600, and probably even something more power hungry.
I recently bought the Type B kit for my Ninja 4 just to have it ready if I decide to upgrade. It cost me roughly $15 so a lot cheaper than a new cooler. But I had to source it from a random retailer that had it in stock (or Ebay, but it was slightly more expensive there).
It shouldn't be that hard to find a Type A for your cooler if you look up the exact model number I gave you. Most shops will probably list it as SCAM4-1000A. Just make sure you get the Type A.

WiFi wise. There are a few opitons. Id look in to some kinda of Mesh solution. ASUS has any of their routers support the AI mesh feature. Netgear, Ubiquti, and Google all have good options as well. That will probably do you for WiFi coverage. 
 
As far as powerline adapters are concerned. Proformance is based on the quality of wiring in your home. They do make adapters in varrying speeds, but reiablity wise, they can be iffy. If you have coax near your computer you might look in to Moca. It will work on the same lines used by the cable provider, you would just need to add a filter on to the incoming line from your cable provider to block the moca signal. Moca adapters generally can do 400 to 800 Mbps. The only issue with Moca is it wont work on the same lines as Satilite TV.

you can get something like a used thinkpad. most of those have quad-core cpu's. they are kinda big and hevay though. are you looking for a thin and light laptop or do you not care about size and weight?

In January this year I bought a Thinkpad X240 on eBay for £175 for someone and it's turned out quite okay. I haven't checked back recently but I think it's a bit harder to find something from that era for that price.
 
A Thinkpad from 2014/2015 for around £200-300 wouldn't be a bad choice and you'd be able to upgrade it later on to add more RAM or add an SSD if it doesn't have one.

Bought a 2nd hand internal Asus sound card really cheap without really looking at it and what exactly it was. Thought I'd shove it on my gigabyte motherboard as a slight upgrade over onboard audio.
 
Turned out to be a card that only works with specific Asus motherboards that have a certain port, that isn't quite pci or pci-e. 

The simplest way to achieve this would be to use RoboCopy or XCopy and setup the correct tags to sync, then delete the original files.
 
You could create a script to automate the process, then use Task Scheduler to run the script on a regular basis (eg: every 5 minutes).
 
You'll just have to tailor the script to filter out exactly what you want.

Looking at the HyperX site it's the Cloud Silver I seen for £49, so that's likely what I'll end up going with. 

 
I can't really do a proper compare between the headsets I've looked at, but going by any decent reviews I could find the Clouds do seem my best option. They look nice imo, and comfortable too plus the sound quality is mean to be good.
 
 

I would go with the Clouds, clearer sound. I found the stingers to have a slightly muddy sound signature, not very good imo

The Corsair HS50 is a safe choice.

HyperX stinger is the best
I had a HyperX Cloud Alpha and its really good 
 
Razer Electra v2 is not for long session gaming because it will sore your ears

A year or so ago I went into a local PC/electronics shop near me, mainly to see what they had in store, but I was going to buy a new keyboard depending on what they had.
 
Over in the peripheral sections was a decent range of Steelseries and Corsair products amongst other. I picked up a 6GV2 but having a dead phone battery I couldn't look up online to find out the switch type so summoned a assistant over to ask "what colour mechanical switches did the keyboard have?". The assistants response was "Switches? Colours? I have no idea what that even is"
 
Granted the assistant may have been from another part of the shop, but if your walking around the PC components and peripherals section I would like to think you have some idea of the products on sale.

That would suggest that problem is Twitch end of things. Are you using closest server to you?

I'm not asking for anything technical just a simple "I open X program and it crashes", "I get X screen popup" or "I get X message on X screen which I wrote down or even took a photo of"

go to a card store and ask for a play mat
around 20 bucks but theyre really pretty, have lots of options, and are probably just the right size

Microsoft/Razer Reclusa keyboard before i saw the linus unboxing. I bought it real cheap after my superb Microsoft natural ergonomic 4000 died from a huge coffee spill and honestly it's less than average at best as i can't type properly on the damn thing (I could type pretty well on old keyboard.). Not changed it yet as i'm waiting for the right time to go over to a mech keyboard.i.e.my next round of PC upgrade.
