But I’m getting the same on ultra, at 3.7Ghz I was getting 80-90 or 100 pretty easy. It dropped after I installed that dumb NVIDIA experience

Thanks a ton man... seriously. Had a lot of trouble today and I’m glad I figured it out. First ever PC build coming from someone who played console. I can’t wait to see how a R7 1700 and Gtx 1080 pair up with a 1440p G-Sync monitor. I can’t thank you enough, seriously.

Now I just have to manage some cables and finally boot it up on my monitor

Heres what I would go with. You could also consider a 500GB Samsung SSD and adding a HDD in the future. You can grab a Windows key from Reddit for 40$ aswell which saves some money. A 1700 wouldn't be a bad option either, if those extra cores will be a big + in your daily tasks I would definitely upgrade.

Either wait for Coffee Lake or buy Ryzen. Kaby Lake is probably the worst way to spend money.

I am not an expert and you shouldn't go off of what I say, but I think it is very nice. It has adjustable height, which is nice.

If it is well made, it should be stable, although don't quote me.
