Mad props to Linus for letting that guy keep the YT play button. But honestly I don't get why that guy even wanted it. Yes, I know he said that he didn't get the Silver button when he hit 100k, but he's at over 1 million and I think he said he has that one. For him it was just I want it because I didn't get it, for Linus it was something sentimental.

There's a whole lot more to PSUs than just the wattage, and whether or not the system powers on. PSUs with blown caps can still power a system, even though it's killing all the components while doing so. 
 
That thing is 10 years old. Definitely replace it. A PC that still works performs better than one that is dead. 

That is a gts 450, there are a lot of fakes on ebay (named gtx 960, 1060 etc.) that are only gts 450s. The shader count is a dead giveaway. It's a known scam.

After seeing the prices this stuff went for, NCIX clearly should have changed their name to 'Going Out Of Buisness Incorporated' and then had a 'Going Out Of Buisness Auction' once a month.  BOOM, entire buisness plan works as people pay $300 for a keyboard and $600 for old GPU shrouds, let the cash flow!

I'm guessing they're trying to remove tax havens more than anything. Corporate giants paying less taxes than small local businesses make no sense. I imagine it also pisses off said small businesses that their hard work and contribution to the community isn't rewarded and they can have a multinational business undercutting them and paying less at the same time. They have all the cards so to speak.
 
While soon unrelated to the EU, I seem to recall some local businesses in the UK getting tired of it and threatened to lawyer and accountant the shit out of their business and reaping the same benefits as Amazon by moving their money elsewhere. If everyone does it, things will start to fall apart.

I'm actually kind of happy this is happening. So many of the games were causing such large dislocations & odd things to crop up. This is also in response to the change to the American Tax System with regards to Corporations, as it's now far less likely to be worth the trouble of moving money through the EU.
