First thing I would do is get your brother off streaming until he's older... as paranoid as it sounds there's a bunch of dodge stuff that happens online.
I would cap the bandwidth through the router and set your PC to top priority, that should solve that. If your brother is screaming into the mic at 11 then he really needs to get outside...

Solutions other than 1st degree murder:
- move out
- move your brother out
- duct tape (for your brother or sound dampening material on your door)
- show him porn and how to access it on the PS4, he will want some privacy then, especially after you make your mom walk in by accident ...

As long as the case has a built in LED controller ,yes those LED strips use their version of a keyed connector to wire up the LED's.

For all those except pubg the 1070 ti will be fine. For the most part a 1070 ti should be ok.

Go with the 1440p 144Hz monitor. I went from 4K 60Hz to 1440p 144Hz and the difference is amazing. The higher refresh rate is definitely worth the reduced resolution size which I barely even noticed.
