First Hard line Build not alive

I am part way through building my first hard line water cooling loop. I have put the rad, res and block in, and im yet to put in the tubing. My problem is i thought I'd do a test with my new cablemod cables and see if the pc powers on. and nothing happened. the MB has a little green light so obviously theres power to it and same with the gpu but nothing turns on, no fans or lights or anything. Please help internet people!

Is everything that needs to be connected, plugged-in to the PSU?

The cablemod 24-pin may be incorrect or damaged.

 

Test with the original.

As far as I know it is. I'll redo all my cables.

Update! It's fixed. The cablemod CPU cable didn't agree with my MB, after going back to the original EVGA one it worked fine!
