Are you at all open to the possiblity of returning the CPU and motherboard?  You'd be much better off with a Ryzen 1600.  More cores and more threads for less money.  Other than that, great build.

You'll get better performance though.  There is literally zero benefit to going with an i5.

Ryzen will tie in averages and be better in 0.1 and 1% lows, giving you less stuttering.

windows 10 does not defragment ssds by default.
Earlier versions may default to defragmenting any drive, and in all cases users can enable defrag fro any drive.

Yes, if you are pointing all of your networks traffic to go through your PC it would have to be constantly on or your internet connection would no longer work properly (or for most users at all).

Most people dont use both monitors the same amount, they usually have 1 main monitor that takes most of the time that they are on the PC and second monitor as a monitor to show documents, videos, etc. that you want to have open all the time but dont want to open just to read a few lines. So it makes perfect sense to have 1 main monitor with higher resultion and second monitor with lower. 

Though if you are bothered by small thing(like me), i would not survive having 2 monitors that arent the same resolution, it would just drive me crazy (especially when they are the same size and are next to each other)

But he should focus on SSD for general performance or a more recent 1050Ti/1060 6GB for gaming perf instead of getting a new CPU in my opinion.

From what I remember, using any "mulligan" ability was movement-wide. So, if you mulligan an attack that hits several, you redo the whole attack.
