Sorry, the ISO is on a USB thumbdrive. We tried to get it to upgrade from inside vista, but vista doesn't seem equipped to handle a windows 10 iso. It tries to open it with excel, and other wacko shit.

I joined LTT a couple months ago when I started to plan my first ever PC build, and LTT has been crazy useful and fun the whole way. I built the PC about a month ago,and it's a great machine. Thanks for being awesome, LTT.

A stock clocked R9 390 won't get more than 60-70fps in graphically heavy games at ultra with no anti aliasing.

For one, I don't ignore excessive amounts of incorrect grammar/spelling. Even if they had been typos there's auto correct on almost every modern day device if not all, just because he may have been on mobile is no excuse - there's auto correct built in (auto correct would throw in a word CORRECTLY spelt but may not belong in the sentence). And with answering the question, I browse different posts, and if I can't give an answer I try to give some other form of input.

Thanks! This is after months of planning, and research, and was my first ever build. I do have to say that none of this would have come together without the wonderful people of LTT.

Awesome! I think I'll steer clear of those sites because I've looked into both, and they sell pretty sketchy grey-market copies. Copies from them might as well be pirated from a legal standpoint.

OK, I think I'm going with the Gigabyte, because I've had several recommendations of it. I really need the onboard WiFi, and the lack of USB3 front headers is a complete deal breaker, but thanks for the advice. I guess the motherboard isn't the place to cut costs.

How is this thread going to help that? The forum is here to let people know that there are better options, not to complain that people don't know about those better options.
