When you install your window 10 onto your SSD it is best to unplugged your HHD and plug it back in after window finished install. This allow you to later clone your SSD without window fucking up due the fact it will still write data to other drives. 

Hi PerForm. I just did a clean install of windows 10 myself last week. when prompted for the windows 10 product key on install, I inputted my windows 8.1 product key and it was accepted.
 
Try installing windows 10 and using your windows 7 product key. If that fails, you can always install windows 7 and then upgrade, but I am pretty sure that the windows 10 install will accept your Win7 Product Key.

OK, so first you said that you are installing this on a new SSD. Is this a brand new out of the box SSD, or is it new to you? If your SSD is NOT a brand new SSD with absolutely no information on it, then forget about all the other stuff I say next... because you will need some different steps then what I will suggest.
 
 
1. Is your computer hooked up to the internet? The install pulls files off the internet so your going to need an internet connection.
 
2. Try creating a windows 10 bootable USB install instead of using a disk. You can download the Windows 10 install files, along with the Microsoft program to create a USB bootable drive from Microsoft's website By Clicking Here
 
3. Since your PC was running windows 7, I'm going to make an assumption (since you don't have your PC specs listed on your profile here) that your upgrading the Windows on an older PC. I don't know if you have upgraded your PC at all since purchase but if you haven't, and you're still running some older tech, then the install can take a very long time to complete. Hours in some cases. Mine took 40 minutes, and I have a brand new PC. There are reports on the internet of the install taking several hours... 5-10 hours for a very few unlucky people.
 
 
I think if you download the files from Microsoft and create a bootable USB instead of a disk, it will solve your problems.... its very possible that there was a problem with the disk when you where writing the information to it. There are so many things that can go wrong, in my opinion, with a disk rather than a USB.
 
 
*EDIT* you need a computer running windows 7, 8.1, or 10 in order to use Microsoft's tool to create a bootable USB. Any older version and Microsoft won't let you download the files... I know, its stupid, but when has Microsoft done something that wasn't stupid. If you don't have access to a computer running Windows 7, 8.1, or 10, and you have absolutely no way to gain access to a computer running one of those OS, then post here and I will help you out. There is a work around if your running an older OS on another computer (that was my problem, my back up computer was running windows vista, it was hell trying to make the bootable drive, until I figured it all out a few hours later)
 
Hopefully this information helped. I'll follow this post so I can make sure you're up and running. I've done complete clean installs 3 times within the last week (long story) so I feel like a bit of an expert on clean installing windows 10 now... feel free to ask for help if you need it, I'll try my best.

I doubt Russia is involved in anything at all with NK... their relations aren't as good as they where with Kim Jung Un's grandfather. As for China.... Even they have been publicly getting pissed off at NK... something China never does, until recently. During this last Nuclear test, China came out to the public and condemned NK.... not for the same reasons as the rest of the world mind you... but mostly because NK always warns China when they are about to do a nuclear test... and this time they didn't, China had no warning at all.

Yep, as Enderman just said, do a clean install. Its a pain in the butt to do, and you got to backup all your files you don't want deleted... but it is worth it. I was having a few bugs and just a really laggy system when I upgraded... I just did a clean install last week and have noticed a totally better system.

Interesting theory, but totally wrong. Kim Jong Un doesn't care about his people, let alone what his people think of him. North Koreans literally believe that he is a god, descended from a family of gods. And when your entire population believes you are a god, then how do you tackle the question of HOW do you overthrow a god? This would be the equivalent to Christians overthrowing Jesus. 
 
Sure one could make an argument that my above analogy doesn't work, because looking at history humans are becoming less and less religious with the development of science and culture/society... So surely the same thing must be happening in North Korea and people don't really believe Kim Jong Un is a god... or at least less people believe it then they once did. But religion in the world is decreasing mainly because of social beliefs. North Korea doesn't have these social networks, they don't have contact with the outside world. If you are told that a man is a god, and there is nobody to say "no hes not" then people are going to believe it ... that's brain washing for you.
 
As for "peace" with North Korea... North Korea doesn't want peace, they want to re-unite the two Korea's into one, under the dictatorship of their "god"

I found a solution. I was told that my ISP (Telus) has only recently began using IPv6 with its customers. As a result they are still "ironing out all the kinks" in the system.
 
This solution might work for you, as it worked for me. Go into your Router/Modems control panel and disable your IPv6. 
This wont effect your internet speed at all, but I have been told that IPv4 is more stable then IPv6.

Or completely on the other hand, if your in a country who second OFFICIAL LANGUAGE is french, then you should expect to be able to communicate in French some times when inside a predominantly french speaking province.
 
 
 
Look, I know very little french... in fact, the only word i know would be Bonjour. And that is the simple reason why I will never step foot in Quebec, because I know for a fact that is a French speaking province. If I ever go to an other part of the world where I know for a fact that their primary language isn't english, I dont sit there and expect them to speak english to me, I make an effort to speak and understand their language. Expecting them to speak english to you when it isn't their native language and your in their community, thats very naive

I'm assuming (i might be incorrect) that you are an immigrant then. IF that's the case, then you of all people should know how diverse Canada is. You say that English is Canada's primary language, but we are an official Bilingual country, with french also as an official language.
 
Look, I've already said this once, I don't speak a word of french, but I respect their right to speak french in their own province, just as I respect the right for any native american speakers to speak their own language on their land. I don't walk onto a reserve where they speak one of the native languages and demand that they speak english to me, just as I wouldn't walk into quebec and demand that they speak english to me... just as I wouldn't walk into a foriegn country and demand that they speak english to me because 'i don't speak their language and cant understand them'
 
And frankly, the fact that you are saying that this is ok is troubling, and frankly un-canadian. Unfortunately, you might feel you fit in better in the USA if this is your attitude. 

That's not exactly true. Especially for the older folks.
I live in Montreal and a lot of people don't know a word of english and get just as upset as you are when someone doesn't speak to them in their language, while in their city.
 
When in Rome, do as the Romans do... If you can't speak a word of french and aren't willing to compromise, well I'm sorry, you're not welcome. Just like how a Quebecer who goes in the rest of Canada and can't speak english barely gets around because nobody is willing to speak to him in French.
Quebec is FRENCH first, English second. If you yourself are not willing to learn french, why should we be willing to speak to you in english?
If you at least make the effort to speak in french, next to nobody will hate you in Quebec, in fact we will love you for it because you're actually making an effort. Right now you're just complaining for the sake of complaining.
It's like you're going to France and expect them to speak to you in English just because their neighbors happen to be the British.
