+ 1 reccomendation for Ryzen 1200 a Decent quad core for a budget build. Id take it over the G4560 for a budget gaming build. and the ability to upgrade i dont consider a big reason to buy it but a nice benefit on top if you were to go that route.

But people are willfully evading taxes in this way. Your required by Law to claim the purchase of goods you didnt pay taxes on at the end of the year.  Newegg doesnt need a disclaimer its not them with this rule your state requires you to pay taxes.  Newegg was clear they dont charge tax. If your product was $20 and the checkout was $20 with 0 tax you know you didnt pay tax i believe it even shows no tax as a line item.  Many people over online internet ordering have been using online shopping to avoid paying tax on purpose and then not claiming it because they dont think the goverment will find out.

If Newegg doesnt have a operating buisness in your state they dont have to charge sales tax and its up to you to claim all untaxed purchases.  No other state has done this yet but just because you or anyone else havent gotten caught doesnt make it right. I do however think the interest and or penalties should be minimal as it is the first state to actively do this and the first year to give some the benefit of the doubt.

    The bolded is very incorrect.

You're now trying to argue a point with me that I conceded in my very first post. I said that Newegg should not have turned over the sales data. I said they're not innocent, you're just trying to look like you weren't proved wrong on the tax points.

NO  Thats not how USA Tax Works

there's still no way to input the correct tax amount in Newegg's checkout process.

Because THATS also not how it works, They dont charge tax because they are not set up with CT to  Pay them Sales tax if they were you wouldn't need to put in your own tax on the order.

So even if you had every intention of paying the correct tax amount and knew about this issue ahead of time, you're still using Newegg's flawed checkout system.

When a Company of any kind  doesnt charge you tax and you have the Intention to pay this tax you would file it with your tax year and pay the tax. This is how Use Tax works.

And as mentioned before by other people in this thread, the average consumer just looking to buy computer parts from this place isn't going to automatically think "Ooh, I better make sure I'm paying the correct use tax amount on this order." We're techies-- not accountants

This Excuse is BS for anyone who Files there yearly Taxes. you clearly have to check a box saying you didn't buy anything without getting taxed on it this year and dont need to pay taxes on any Untaxed goods.  If you dont personally file your taxes and pay a person to do it and they dont ask you this question you should hire another tax professional  ( Any kid or person whos never had a job i can see this excuse to some degree Though .)

I Dont know why CT would want to make that deal though im sure 3 years of back taxes is a large amount on top of the fact all future purchases from newegg will also get most likely be correctly claimed each year from now on either way. i just dont see the Positive side of CT making that deal for the goverment or at least a large enough one to offer that,

I wouldnt think 40 seperate pcs would be easier but more like 10ish  have to have a CPU with enough cores to dedicate 2 to 4 cores to each system and a GPU per so a 12 or higher core count for 3 GPUS or more depending on the power you want. Power supply will need to power 4 GPUS and Motherboard will need to support it also. if you were doing 2 cores 4 threads youd be able to get away with less then 10 PCs pretty easily with a 12 core Intel and 6 GPUs. it all depends Youll be checking compaitiblity and Pricing and performance to see whats best.

Ryzen 8 core pcs might be a good cheap Build for this but a few extra Pcs or threadripper might actually be perfect for this due to the 16 cores 32 threads. Lots to think about but when you decied itll be just build this over and over a few times and done.  gotta set power goals first then try to find the right components

pretty much yes, you will struggle to get 1 GPU to run 2 or 3 games at once it will bring up a whole lot of issues. its not like a hard drive you cant split 1 GPU up to 3 Different Virtual machines so then Controller input  what program is up prioirty wise ect on top of probably bad performance running 3 games on 1 GPU at the same time. also Price wise Tesla GPU wouldnt make sense for this.

you could buy 40 GPUS that would get you a easier setup easier to manage and Cheaper all while gaming better overall with a seperate GPU and dedicating X amount of CPU Cores to each VM.  Running 40 Virtual gaming machines is a pretty major project  mutiple CPUs ect.

Well if your going to be portable and are worried about heat pick a laptop that can cool what you Buy Pretty much have to go intel right now for a lot of cases. There are MANY laptops that cool its components great while keeping the keyboard cool  Including I7 and GTX 1070 laptops. like i said just do research before buying this isnt a problem besides on badly designed laptops.

Thats not a laptop thats a portable monitor keyboard and a Mini Case lol. Battery is the only thing that helps it be somewhat better then having it all separate. Personally i buy a laptop to use it as a laptop and i think most people do. I want to be able to easily pick it up and move it and or take it with me quickly.

I don't get where everyone seems to be getting things but if you maintain the exact same form factor a phone with a removable battery *will* inherently give up some of its girth for that...

When you have a removable battery you need the body sealed underneath, and that metal or plastic has thickness. If you want to keep it water tight you need a gasket which adds thickness. You need a sealing mechanism which may not add girth but does take up valuable real estate.

Fact of the matter is that with two otherwise identical phones, having a removable battery is a tradeoff of girth, you're either adding girth or cutting down on something like board thickness, thickness of the screen, or thickness of heat conduits. And in addition it adds considerable complexity to the design of the phone.

If you'd like a thicker phone that's fine. I wouldn't mind one too. But that doesn't change the fact that they're not wrong. A phone with a removable battery *is* thicker than an otherwise identical phone that doesn't have one.

There is a BIG market of people who dont play anything else but 1 or 2 light popular titles on PC.  They are not really spending more by getting this cheap now and then If they like PC gaming in a year or 2 get what ever GPU they want. The CPU side of it Still Good. and maybe they play Games for 2 years then Upgrade theyll be getting a chip that doesnt even exist yet today which would make it not a waste at all.
