Read Me: Challenge

dade

Linus,

your videos have done a great deal of help in times when I am in a pinch and need to understand something more quickly. Thank you for all that you do. But I ran into a slight problem. A game called Second Life. If you haven’t heard of it or maybe you have. But here comes the tricky part.

To to build a setup for content creators for second life. “Why is this tricky?”, you ask, “Just a game right?” Not really. Second life isn’t just like grand theft auto or battlefield. Its a game that uses can created content using blender techniques and is on steroids. “So use a quadro card for rendering then..”Not likely as there are other people reporting issues using a quadro in second life causing flickering of the screen. So where is this balance between creating in game or using blender to create content and then uploading through the Second Life’s Browser window for the creations you make.

What graphics card can handle such a game and on ultra settings. You have way more cards then I, and probably could do a test to figure out what would work best. The challenge here is can you do it as a video. Many people have been asking the question and like you’re video for CAD engineers. What about content creators like this who also need this help.

Maybe you wont be up for the challenge but I thought it would be a different video that we aren’t use too.

How do Reavers clean their spears?

The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again.
