I'm using CM690 III and it's a very good case but I find the Mastercase 5 Pro better.

For some reason everyone is broke this week. Including me. But just charge it on your credit card and worry about it later. 

I think Define R5 will be a balanced of airflow and silence if you are choosing between silent base and h440.

I'm sorry but I haven't use any of these. These are just my options if I were to purchase a silent ones. I come up with the list by researching the same questions and suggestions. I am not sure if anyone will reply that already tested a couple of silent fans.

Certs helps a lot. Especially here in the Middle East.

It's crazy! It's set to 30 mins. Before I've turned this one to "Never" cause it's one of the things that I usually do to a PC. Let's see what will happen from here...

I guess I would have 4 too if I included my TV above my PC. But it's not a really good TV, kinda shitty to use as a PC screen. I use it for stuff like the WAN show, The TEK, and anime and whatnot. 

1st PC was in 1997 and my Dad said it costs around $2+++ (I don't know if it is the true price). I cannot even remember the specs but we are satisfied since no one in the neighborhood has a PC and we have no one to compare. Storage Devices are Floppy and Diskettes. I think Hard Disk Space Size was less than 5MB.

A Fellow "IT Guy" asked me to Install a 1TB RAM to a Dell 9020 for Virtual Machine Purposes. I told him there is no such thing and maybe he is referring to our 1TB Hard Disk but he insisted that he wants a 1TB RAM and I was like    .....

Yup. i mean I don't have comparison to say that it is quiet compared to other fans. Right now what I can hear is my HDD same as 00RaZoR11.
