I think there is a PWM version of them. If they all aren't PWM.

  • Includes two silent mode adapters to fix the fan speed at 1600 RPM (28 dBA) or 1200 RPM (19 dBA)

I hope you'll like it. I have 8 jetflo's all over my case. Before it was 9 but after upgrading my PSU with a bigger one, I don't have enough space for it at the bottom.

Are they quiet? 

I haven't tried other fans yet so I cannot say if it is quiet. But airflow is great compared to stock ones. You can really feel the air moving.

Well, IMO they are quiet up until around 25-30% speed. At those speeds I only hear my HDDs, not the JetFlos. They are more silent when they push air, not pull it away from a heatsink or through grills.

Yup. i mean I don't have comparison to say that it is quiet compared to other fans. Right now what I can hear is my HDD same as 00RaZoR11.
