Ryzen 2600x is better and you can oc it. If you are lazy like me and don't bother with overclocking then get a i5 8500 with a b360 board.

One plus 6 or one plus 6T. Pocophone with a custome default google launcher is the best value.

1080ti will smack the 1660ti to hell and back. 1080ti is a good choice or if you care about rtx then 2080 should be good. Also what is your rig spec ? If you stream or record video of gameplay then go rtx.

A real 750 will be better then most intel gpu but that gpu is so old anyway why even bother. You can get a 1050 instead.

The newer rtx card will have better value if want to sell it letter on.The newer feature of the rtx card will make it hold it price better for sure.

At the same price why do you want to buy an older card that perform almost the same. Get the rtx 2060 it is a better investment . 2gb vram of the 1070ti  isn't worth it imo

You might want to upgrade that too. 720p is child play for the 2070. If you have such a powerful pc pls get a decent monitor at least. 144hz 1080p monitor should be perferct for the 2070. 

Yeah. 450w is the minimum spec. 450w should be fine  at running the pc at stock. 550-600W psu is what i think are the best for value.

Looks good but I would get a cheaper psu and get a better cooler for the cpu. Oh and pls get an ssd it's 2019 everyone should have an ssd. Not to mention your build is over 2k

That cpu is trash. It will bottle neck the 2070 for sure. Your pc is quite old upgrade your cpu and ram + power supply first.

No Cpu ram and gpu all factor into gaming performance. You can't put a new powerful card in that old of a system and expect it to work. Your computer is very old it will not be able to fully use the power of the 2070. 

If you want the best gaming performance and you want a 2070 here is what I would do. Get an i7 9700k+16 gb of ddr4 ram+ A better psu 450W or more and a 2070. No need to go thread ripper if you want gaming performance

If your main focus is wanting to play cyberpunk then maybe just wait until the game is release and made your hardware choice on the benchmark. Save up for a ryzen 5 or an i5 + rtx 2060. In subject of ryzen 3 vs i3 8100 i would get ryzen because you can overclock it.

Did you have the latest nvidia driver ?

I can vouch for zotac but not powercolor. Had a zotac gtx 970 for 3 and a half year and it ran great. My personal favorite are galax and asus. If you buy amd go for sapphire card. First video card i got was a sapphire r7 270 for 2 years as well.

I have read ton's of review for the qc25 and all of them said that when the battery run out the sound of the headphone got worse. If it only turn off the noice cancellation then it would be find for me but i don't want to sacrifice sound quality when the battery is out.

You can try to explain to them that the internet is just a part of people lives by now, it's a huge entertainment source but it is also a huge learning tools. I know that without the internet i will not know alot of useful information, it also save my ass alot when i need to write an essays or when i need to do research for a project. You can also use it to comunicate with your friend and family through skype,social media like facebook and twitter. The internet is very big part of human lives and sure there are negative effect if you are on the internet 24/7 so you need to learn to balance it out a bit. The internet is a great tool there are no reason to not use it.

My opinion is that you should get a 280x instead of a 960 because it beat out the 960 in both performance and vram(unless you spend more on the 4gb version).

I kinda think because amd is "losing" that is my opinion since nvidia has the lead right now in term of gpu they tend to bash nvidia mistake or nvidia in general. I don't really have a side i just pick what ever is best at the time in my price range and i have used both nvidia and amd gpu. I want some competition so i hope amd will continue to do well so nvidia have to keep their game up and vice versa.

It is worth it to go for the 970. The 960 is not really that great of a card
