You are right, there is a chip in the paint. This happened when I glued it on, and set something heavy on it to make sure it glued properly. I guess some glue got onto that spot, and when I lifted off my weight, the paint went with it. I am not too worried though as it is very small. There are also a couple of marks in the white paint work for the armour. So with everything put together, it just looks like it is a little "battle damaged"! ;):D

Best regards,

Justin.

Fair enough, ofcourse on pictures you see everything. But in real life it looks different anyway. Was just wondering ^^

Update 19

Awwwww yissssss. Breadcrumbs.

(Plexiglass window and final pictures)

Hello, and Merry Christmas!

I would like to say thank you to everyone who has supported this build, and the various sponsors who have contributed and helped this project become as how I had imagined it!

In this update I would like to present the plexiglass window with it's LED lighting, along with the final pictures of Henrik's project, The Fractal Effect! This project has taken under just 2 months from the design concept and rendering, to completion. I have had help along away from various people and companies lending their products and services, who also wanted to see this project succeed just as much as I wanted.

These people I would like to personally thank:

Sascha Krohn at Bitfenix.com

Mikael Svensson at MSCB.se

Erik Lantz at Nybergs Glas & Metall

Levik Hartouyinan

I would really like to take some more pictures of The Fractal Effect and will do so once we get back from holidays at the end of January. So even though these are the final photos, there will probably be a couple of more in one months time. But until then, I hope you enjoy these pictures and hopefully have a look at my other projects.

With best regards,

Justin / MetallicAcid.

This looks amazing but as a suggestion maybe take the Direct CU plastic shroud off? I think it interferes with the nice window you've made.

Yeah man, Sydney is hot this time of year. Alice (my 7 month old daughter) is having a really hard time with this heat, and is really restless and annoyed most of the time. Apart from that, it is good to see family and friends again :D

And just so you know, the build is finished ;) I am just keen on snapping a few more photos before the end of January with some more professional photo equipment!

Justin / MetallicAcid.

I think that would also mean complete sexiness.

Hey guys!!

I just wanted to say that I have created a Facebook fan page called MetallicAcid Customs, as well as joined instagram with the #metallicacidcustoms hashtag. I will be posting progress on current my projects, other projects which inspire me, in depth WIP shots, and links to "How-To" guides so you can achieve similar or better results that I achieve working on my kitchen table ;)

Hopefully see you there!

Best regards,
