How to save up money?

Gnun1x

Okay guys, now, if you look at my profile you see a build. that is a FUTURE build and i do NOT have the money for it.

i recently bought a new snare drum for 109 euros, and i only have 55 euros left. So i want to get some tips on how to save money for something you really want?

Please, follow your own posts and mention me in comments, otherwise i won't be able to help you.

Don't buy a snare drum? When I'm saving on something, I only buy the stuff I need, and put whatever money is left at the end of the month into savings

Molex to SATA, lose all your data

1.) Find something really expensive that is for sale, lets say $5000

2.) Decide not to buy it

3.) You just saved $5000

4.) Profit

really dude.

You need to be as economic as possible.

Spend money only on very necessary things that keep you alive.

really dude.

When I was kid I used to save money by not spending them. I stored everything I got until I got sufficient amount to buy something. I usualy saved something around $500 a year, thats not much for a year but I had no job or anything. But it also comes down to how much money you are given and how much you can keep and not spend.

If you are not kid... just work and earn money.. save what you can.

There are a few ways to easily save money. Two of which being these:

  • Stop drinking soda if you are. Switch to tap water.
  • Stop eating at fast food restaurants. Bring your own meals for lunch (if you are working). Preparing a week's worth of food and freezing it down also works.

Prepare your own food if you don't already - switch to cooking your own foods from base foods, then you can save a lot of money and learn how to cook.

Stop drinking anything but tap water - if that's potable. Otherwise drink the cheapest trustable bottled water.

Don't buy anything you don't need. Chewing gum? Go without it.

Sell things you don't particularly want.

Start walking/cycling (if you can) instead of using other forms of transport, they're generally much cheaper alternatives if they're feasible.

Sig under construction.

Yes, or earn more and spend the same.

If you want to save money, spend it only on extremely important stuff that you need for living (food,water...)

If you are 14 don't spend your money at all, that's how you save them, if you are asking for a way to save money and buy whatever you want at the same time, just close the topic now.

Then don't spend money on candy and such. And ask your parents if you can be with them when they are cooking food. Knowing how to cook is something that you will keep with you for all your life.

If you haven't yet got a job get one.

Restaurants usually want people doing the dishes it ain't great but you'll get some money.

Or you could go for a paper round, I had one when I was 14 it payed pretty well approx 4.50€/hour.
