graphene most likely. CNT has an upper limit of 300GHz. Stanene is possible, but I didn't think they'd figured out how to attach interconnects to it yet.

 

Stanene was only a theorized material, wasn't it?  As far as I know it hasn't been produced, but then again I haven't been keeping up with these things.

I thought one of the Finnish Technical universities figured out how to produce wires with it. I'll see if I can dig up the article.
