4k are we ready?

Hey guys im thinking about upgrading and my main reason is to play bf4 ultra 4k at 60 fps relaible i cannot afford the titans but maybe a r9 295x and if possible i would like to open AA or the new holy MFaa

But actually all i want is 4k bf4 at ultra things like AA would be cool but not needed im mostly trying to get 1 card but if no way to do that maybe go 2-way sli im on a z87 stock board with i7-4770k amd or nvidia doesnt matter to me

SLI GTX 980's at high settings would be your best bet.

Two gtx 980s would be a better option than an r9 295x2. Do you even have room in your budget for a 4k monitor after the cost of 2 980s :P?

Ultra with no AA is definitely possible. I have a 4k monitor and my 780s handle BF4 mp just fine.

I didnt like the term best bet so i think that we arent quite ready yet was a little bit exited when linus reviewed the 980 but thx for the help anyway guys maybe i can get a 1440p rog swift and upgrade my gpu for that im sad tho really wanted that eye candy badly :/

GPUs to run 4k 60fps at max without burning up cash isn't really here yet.  If you're ok with needing to upgrade your GPUs in the future, then sure go ahead.

ROG Swift would be a nice buy if you have the cash for it.  At 1440p, it's still a ton less pixels to push than 4k, and any dual GPU would do very well at that res.
