Why is the gpu in the bottom pcie slot?

I'd personally add another white LED strip to the front intake just to brighten that area up a bit.

 

Probs a B tho, just cause of the founders edition card (Yes i'm that picky, sorry ? )

I would've got a better looking air cooler like an Arctic Freezer 33 eSports ONE or a Dark Rock 4. 

 

But nice build overall!

No I didn't, I'm pretty sure they both perform the same, I get over 100 frames in my games at ultra so I don't think it's a problem, but if you think I should switch to the top slot I can certainly try it.

They don't have the same bandwidth, you should switch it for optimal performance.

Not all slots are the same,

Plus, it also gives the fans more air to take in, compared to having it close to the PSU shroud

Under load, the highest I get is 60, my dorm is almost always freezing but they just turned the heat on so I may need to upgrade my cooler this winter

Fair grade, I got it for $300 and a 1070 as a trade for that card though so the relatively poor cooling compared to aftermarket cards like Zotac which would've been ideal is still worth it IMO :P

what stress test did you run? try an FPU only aida64 test, @AlexTheGreatish recommended that to me for stability testing
