GPU upgrade possible on MSI MS-1492/MSI GE40?

My variant has a GeForce GTX 850M, which performs similar to a GTX 285 and a GTX 650).

 

However, in 2018, it's simply not cutting it.

 

I've already upgraded the CPU from a Core i5-4210M (4,192 PassMark CPU score) to a Core i7-4712MQ (7,157 PassMark CPU score).

 

Is it possible to upgrade the GPU?
