not really no.
There are those half keyboard witch only covers up to half the keybaord (but really they're the size of a numpad most of the time)

for all I can see anyway.

Unless you can find one that has a function key so you can combine both halfes in one.
but I don't know any that do that. (though, perhaps with software like AutoHotkey this could be acheived)

here's one of many examples :

I specifically want one to be a number pad. I buy one so my hands feel more comfortable while gaming. The wireless/ removable cable is because I don't like the idea of beding cable if I can help it.

This is a good opportunity to make a custom numpad, or look at Etsy stuff. The scene for custom keypads is pretty active.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Which hand?

DVORAK has official standards for left handed or right handed typing built into windows.

If you select it, your qwerty board will work as if it was built as a Dvorak.

If you REALLY WANT, you can buy stickers on amazon to show you where the keys are.

A keyboard is not an ergonomic device and can be used by either hand, either both together or one at a time. You are equally capable of using one as an amputee as you are as an ambidextrous individual.

if you have some alright soldering skills you could make your own keyboard. there are kits available that allow you to achieve a split board like the Quefrency.
