So I recently realised that the credits of LTT videos sometimes credit a mysterious shooter. Who is this mysterious shooter? My guess is that this individual was under probation but got fired.

If you're correct about what happened, you'll never hear about it and never find out who they were.  If you're wrong, just be patient and I'm sure we'll meet them soon enough.

In some videos where they mention new employees that are in trial periods, they won’t show their faces nor play audio with their voice Incase they don’t get hired.

Well, actually it was HILARIOUS. Just didn't know who she was. Thought it was funny that they never mentioned her or talked to her but she was deliberately put into many shots.
