Nintendo Switch Battery Bank

Hello,

I just got a new Nintendo switch and would like to ask if my battery bank would brick or damage my Nintendo switch. I have a 5V/2.1A battery bank made by iwalk. I have an anker usb-A to USB-c 56k ohm cable. Would this potentially damage my switch. Please help. Thanks.

Is it possible to brick the switch if I was using a cheap power bank or not? Would the 56k ohm protect my device or not?

The resistor prevents too much power from being drawn but a bad cable or power bank still might damage the Switch. There doesn't seem to be any evidence that it has happened though. More info here: https://switchchargers.com/bricking-faq/
