Corsair Obsidian 500D or Fractal Design Define R6?

Hello guys, I'm new. Please welcome me pleasingly, thank you.

Anyways I can't decide if I would want the Corsair 500D or the Define R6 for a future build. They seem very sleek and nice to build in. They both feature nice tempered glass front panels.  I have seen many videos of both of them and just can't decide. The 500D looks like airflow is not as good as the Define R6. I also will be adding a 240mm rad on the front if you also needed to know that.

IMHO, I would get the Define R6, but I want to know your guys opinion on which case I should get.

This is my first topic, I don't know if its short or not. You can just ask questions down below so...

@Random Hobo I think the Corsair one looks dapper, have you seen the Corsair 400c Its my favourite case. It comes with a feature to open the case via a car door looking door handle for ease of access.

I find the R6 to be more functional, but a little less good-looking. The 500D looks great but it definitely puts form over function. Anyways, if I was going to get one of these myself I would probably go for the R6.

Welcome to the Forums!

To clarify, Only the 500D has a tempered glass Front panel, and even that's only available on the RGB version for $20. Assuming you're taling about the standard $150 non RGB version, we often refer to the front panel where CD bays used to go, and the tempered glass side is usually the "left side".

Personally I like the Define R6, but in the end the choice is yours. The only objective differences we can make ar ethe Define R6 should be quieter due to sound dampening foam, and the cable management option are generally easier to use.
