Where to put the Type 4 power connectors in the PSU?

Go to solution Solved by jj9987,

Check what the other end of the cable is used for. If it is for CPU or GPU, it goes into CPU & PCIE ones (all 8pin ones). If it's SATA/Molex, it goes into peripherals (all 6pin ones).

I want to stick in the cables of my PSU, but I'm not sure what slots i should use on the PSU. My PSU looks loke this. Should i mount the Type 4 for cables of the CPU on the top right slots and the Type 4 cables in the middle right slots? Or does this not matter?

Thanks in advance!

Ah ok. Thank you. So technically all 8 Pins slots on the PSU are the same and it only depends what cables are connected?
