fuck me

i just bought a 2700x because it was the fastest processor in my price range... this just dropped into my price range. FML

I mean its double the price... I get the excitment for these kinds of cpus, but would you use all 16 cores for stuff? Its Pretty wasteful to get a 600-950$ CPU if you barely use it for whats its intended for.

the 1900x is in that range of 2700x

1900x is a mostly useless cpu. Its only benefits are more PCIE lanes and i think one other change with NVME. Its like buying a 7800x from intel instead of a 8700k
