Need some watercooling ideas

I've been working on a water cooling system, and I have a few ideas in mind, however I'm curious about what designs ya'll have in mind, please feel free to suggest some designs.

 

parts:

asus z370-e

|1x| nvidia gtx 1080ti

I7 8700k

case: S340 Elite

 

water cooling parts:

PH-GB1080TI_X

xspc 140mm+280mm (able to get rid of the 140 if needed)

-Frequencies DON'T represent everything and in many cases that is true (referring to Individual CPU Clocks).

@Ordinarily_Greater I can only imagine filling that thing without killing the pump must be a nightmare.

You just lay it on its face do bleed it like normal.  Nothing special really.
