Windows doesn't defragment SSDs, even if the schedule is left on. It just skips the defrag, if it detects that the drive is an SSD.

That options optimiza last few seconds, it says that drive is trimmed. So I can turn it off?

You can, but remember to trim them manually every now and then.

You can, but it's recommended to leave it on.

This explains why, it's a bit of a derpy one but the message is clear
